The services which you organised with Aitken Spence was excellent with everything running smoothly and very professionally, the ground handling agent Miss Galappathy was very kind and able to answer and organise any requests we had that end.

I'm sorry its taken me a while to reply, but life is always busy when back from a holiday!
 
We would like to say how professional and efficient you were in putting together our holiday at such short notice, booked just 5 days before we flew.
All our times, flights and connections were so smooth. Our tour driver was waiting at the airport, the car was comfy and he drove well for a Sri Lankan! The way of driving over there is very different to here, an experience in itself.
He spoke good English and his knowledge very good. All the hotels were comfy,clean and were above expectations. Our beach hotel was amazing and the area interesting. I cant believe you managed to arrange an upgrade on our room and also all the extras I received for my birthday. I was lucky and thank you.

Hi Dane just wanted to email you to say what a fantastic time we both had.  Everything was amazing our driver was so sweet he was like our grandad he really took care of us.
All the trips were amazing and hotels were all great. We did not end up paying for visa as we had applied early.
I will be recommending you and Sri Lanka  to all my friends.
Sri Lanka really is a beautiful country, It is one of the best holidays I have ever had. 
Also I will be in touch in the future for my next holiday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now I have to get back into waking up in the dark, coming home in the dark and working for long hours.
